Problem

Hmm, I got a problem with my texture. i readed all the tutorial but Alpha on til after it happen. I edited it same way as the Alpha skinning tutorial, I dont know anyway other way to edited it so my skin can be showed. So can some1 tell me how to do it.

Btw, iknow how to imported and everything. i got all the program n stuff.
