Problem with Water

Hello, I am having trouble with a map I am working on. Whenever I try to do anything to the terrain, near the river, the deep water changes to shallow water on the whole river! Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix? I could just make the shallow water unwalkable in places but would rather not.

Also is there a way I can click and move the map from the minimap screen, used to be able to do it, now cannot.

I just transferred the map from WeX to the new 1.29 editor, however I didn't use any coding with jass.

Hey there,

Whenever I try to do anything to the terrain, near the river, the deep water changes to shallow water on the whole river!

Such things usually happen when you copy and paste a peace of terrain, or use the blizzard's cliffs along with rolling shores (Raise-Lower tools on water).

In the first case you can fix it, again, with CnP. Just copy a peace of 'healthy' terrain and paste it onto your river, but it can possibly make it even worse (you should try it anyway, just backup first).
In the second one it's just, well, don't use the blizz cliffs

Honestly I can't think of any worthy solutions other than manually turning the shallow waters back to deep.

That one seems weird. Perhaps your map didn't like migrating from one version of editor to another at all.

I don't have any blizzard cliffs they are all rolling shores, the swap to 1.29 corrupted it so bad I cant even do the terrain anymore because once change affects the terrain in a large area. Not looking so hot, but thank you for your help
