Problem with Warcraft Studio

I want to convert a World of Warcraft model into a Wacraft 3 model but I have a problem with Wacraft Studio because it wont let me view character models. When I choose a skin, it says no skin found even though I have WoW installed. Could someone tell me how to fix this problem or tell if there is another program for converting WoW models into WC3 models?
I have mdlvis, My Warcraft Studio, Model Editor, WC3 File Convert, WoW Model Viewer, and Animation Viewer.
