Problem with trigger that sets a reaserch to not reaserched!

This is what i want a trigger to do.

event:
when a uppgrade is reaserched.

Condition:
The reaserchd uppgrade equalls to *

event:
(it will re set another uppgrade. that is allready uppgraded with only 1 lvl to be abel to uppgrade it again.)

doesnt work...

U cant set a upgrade which was already upgraded to unupgradet.

this action is there for to set sth. to be upgraded not to set it unupgraded, sry guy this aint work.
