Problem with Treant Skin

I wanna do a steel treant. I tryed : heres it . But it looks HORRIBLE in game. (its unfinished,sorry) .
How i can do it better ?

im no pro or even close to pro, but meh its not bad so far. And how can you do better? practice and add things that make it unique. But most of all practice, the more u do, the better you'll get.

There's a Wip progress Thread for a reason.....
When making a skin, don't just draw over the old one. Make a new layer and start from there. Also, don't use black....all your lines are black and that is bad.


Read some tutorials if you want to learn how to skin....

ya, perfect but lines r too bold on dark. i dont use layers for my skins that why mine r blurry,
