Problem with text

Im working on a AoS-style map and i want to add cool comments to the spells like in Tides of Blood or Samurai Legends. The problem is the space between Description - Comment - Levels. It doesn't work with putting alot of spaces. If u didnt understand that its like this.

Example:

Impale - [Level - 1]
description

"From beneath it devours"

[Level 1] - 75 damage.
[Level 2] - 100 damage. and so on...
