[General] problem with MK skins..

my problem is how to replace avatar skin for mountain King...i tested but online the human skin changed.....hope some1 help me

i dont think you can change it but anyway why u need the avatar?

for effect of avatar ability (increased hp, spell immunity etc)
or for growing the model?

maybe u can use bear form or metamorph abilities instead avatar just add abilities to hero after morph, example after bear form add to hero item spell immunity

i dont play dota but that but u can change the unit size at animation

but not hard to use this if u want grown up the model

if u dont want instant then u can use a loop or something
