Problem with Map editor patching...

Hello guys! Yesterday my world editor gives me errors. Now i've repaired it,but when i paste the files from patch 1.24b it gives me error again.Is it because i am with version 1.08 and i have not downloaded 1.10 or whatever versions are before 1.24b? Please help me!
