Problem with inventory slots

I detect orders when hero moves item to certain slot:

slot 0 - 852002
slot 1 - 852003
slot 2 - 852004
slot 3 - 852005
slot 4 - 852006
slot 5 - 852007

Problem is in the time when trigger activates, the item is still in its old spot.

How can I know which trigger is being moved to a new slot?

You mean which "item" not "trigger"? You have GetOrderTargetItem(), and you can loop through inventory to check which of them it is.
