Problem With Custom Campaign Map Image

I appologize in advance for putting links instead of pictures. However, when I previewed it, it instead showed a bunch of gibberish.

So I'm trying to put a cropped version of this as my Campaign Image, however it keeps getting slanted.

From what I understand it needs to be a 256 x 256 TGA file.

I appreciate any help that can be given.

Nevermind. Found out that the website I used to convert the jpeg didn't do it properly.

JPG to TGA - Convert image online works pretty well
