problem wit image extractor

for sum reason my image extractor program does not work correctly and it doesnt look right. the toolbar thing doesnt have as many buttons as the one in the pic that i downloaded from. it only has open and save buttons...nothing else.... can sum1 pls tell me wats wrong or give me a better version?????
