wc3 image extracter error File: (listfile)

I haven't had this problem before.
I've used the extractor to save icon images as blp files.

I noticed this happened after i imported a blp using the "MPQ Master software"
Maybe it had something to do with it or not.
It's on the Roc editor and not the Tft.
I also had removed the blp file and tried again.
It does not work for some reason.

I've tried re-downloading and installing the program and it still does not work.
