Would anyone know the actual meaning of this error:

I've been getting it for over 1 hour. If anyone could help me by at least explaining to me what it actually means I would appreciate it.

This error appears when I try to log in to Battle.net. Doesn't matter which realm or account I use. The issue still persists.

Well basically Blizzard Entertainment provides servers for you to play on, think of it like a "server" as they call it (waiter) in a restaurant!

The waiter sets you up with a table which is your game, and is providing you the food you need to be happy! There's different things like the speed at which the waiter brings the food to the table, takes food off the table, cleans the table, secures the table, etc.

All it takes is one goof in the background of the kitchen and the waiter will be slow to bring you the food!! Or maybe not even bring it.
