problem connecting with gameranger

hello hive.

i always get this notice whenever i try to join or hosting a warcraft 3 map in game ranger.

and it seems it prevent me to see the others people game in LAN and i don't understand what causing this problem.
do you guys know how to solve this?

It depends on your router. Try their port forwarding suggestion. There are a lot of tutorials online to configure your router--but as they mentioned, the instructions vary wildly based on what type of router you have.
