Private Conversations - Upload a File

Is it a bug users without being in staff can't use the "Upload a File" functionality in private conversations?

I think you can't. I use Pastebin to circumvent but it's annoying.

Not really a mistake. When I was a staff member (ikr) I was able to attach images into PMs. 'dunno why regular folks cannot do it.

Probably size convenience...
