in the AI Generated Icons section for some reason there's two buttons: "Post Bundle" and "Post New Icon"
"Post Bundle" allows to you to make a bundle without any resources (doesn't allow uploading any), description or screenshot

Further testing shows that you can navigate to any repository, manually add "create-bundle" to the address bar, press enter and create a phantom bundle (pack?) in that repository
