Ported Model Submissions Questions

Hey, I do a lot of work with ported models and figure I would ask some questions about the process here, as I have a lot I could potentially dump, but may be better off on other websites.

1: Can I submit ported models with animations made by another WC3 modder? Assuming I have done the rest of the porting/bones/etc. I can still give credit to those who made the animations.

2: The rules are a bit vague about this: Can I just upload ported models made by others assuming I give them proper credit? I know you cannot reupload models that are not ported.

You should try too reach out regardless and you must give credits and set them as authors.
So to clarify, if I ask a long dead person and get no response, can I submit it or not? Assuming I still credit them as authors?

I have seen maps on this site get approved when continuing work of dead authors.
