i was wondering how do u link portals? pls tell me

Wrong sub-forum, also I think you're referring to waygates and not portals.

You do not link waygates per se, you create regions at each waygate, open the specifics for the waygate (selecting the waygate you placed in map and pressing "Enter" key) and there is a field down there to select the region to which it should be teleporting.
