Plug-ins for 3ds max 9

Are plugins for 3ds max 9 free and where I can dl them, for what are they usefull and how to skin/texture them because I usually have problemms with making texture fits with models.

3ds Max has all the tools you need to unwrap your models to a texture, be it an existing one or else. However, I usually do wrapping to ingame textures using milkshape 3D, because it is a bit handier to work in that environment, so you might want to look into it.
