Please help with complicated balancing

I’m trying to make a balance of 4 Weapons. I want each to balance each other out including their attack speed and damage. If a 50 damage weapon has 0 increased attack speed and a 25 damage weapon has 0.5 increased attack speed they balance each other out (not including base hero damage). I need the highest attack speed of the weapons to be no larger than .10 and maybe the most damage weapon to be .00 attack speed (no increase). The least amount of damage weapon has the highest increase in attack speed, The most amount of damage the lowest increase in attack speed. I need a way for them all to equal each other in damage in the end, is there a way with less weapons or different increases in attack speed to make them equal, for higher damage heroes they use the faster weapons lower damage use the higher damage weapons, You understand what I’m trying to do? I have this formula for 4 weapons and 4 attack speeds,
1.00=100%
.00 Attack speed = 100 damage?
.02 Attack speed = 50 damage
.04 Attack speed = 25 damage
.06 attack speed = 16.333... damage?
Is there a formula where the attack damages come out without remainders?
Is there a formula where they equal out to 50 in the end? Should an attack speed be .08?i get lost after a bit and cant figure out a good formula, all equaled out to 50 damage would be good, also if there is attack speeds that equal each others damage out in the end. Is any of this right?Why is it 17 and is 100 right? If someone could help me i would be very grateful. For better weapons i just double each of the 4 right?

I really need to get this figured out, thanks

i know

What im talking about is 4 weapons with different attack speeds and different damage equal out to one number after calculating how much damage they do then the attack speed bonus they have, the attack speed for the lowest damage weapon will be the highest and after "x" amount of hits should equal the other qeapons, i just cant figure out how do figure it with these small of numbers, and i dont dont know if im doing it right.

i try my best:

i gues you want some kind of way to calculate the damage an item shall have if the attackspeed = X%

so 100% of the damage is when the speedbonus = 0%
0% of the damage is when the speedbonus = 100%
and 50% damage when the speedbonus = 50%

right so far?

then why don't you do it like this?

i can't see the problem you have.

sry if i'm kinda but this is just what you said yourself above there in your first post, if i'm not mistaken.

so please tell us more exactly what you want.

Make them all do the same damage in a period of time. That would be balanced, right? Let's say the time period is 5 seconds. One weapon could be 1 times as fast (0% increase)and do 30 extra damage and another could be 2 times as fast (100% increase) and do 7.5 extra damage. If the hero does 15 damage and attacks at 1 time per second, these weapons are balanced, but if you increase the hero damage, they are no longer balanced. My point is that you'll have to use percents to truly balance weapons with different attack speed bonuses.

If a weapon has no attack speed increase and does 50 damage, without adding in the heros attack speed a 25 damage weapon with 50% increased attack speed will be balanced out with the 50 damage. depending on the heros attack speed and damage increase a hero can choose what weapon he wants and it will be better for a hero with high damage to use the faster attack speed and be balanced with the weapons with lower attack speed that do higher damage. A hero with increased attack speed will do better with the weapon that has increased damage and the hero with increased damage at the start will do better with the increased attack speed weapon, and as long as all the weapons cancel each other out with the varies in attack speed and damage each hero will have their own advantages. I just dont know if you can do it with that small of attack speed numbers. Dont think about each hero because they will all have their own abilities. If anyone can figure out the formula with small attack speed numbers please help.
