      Oh I've been inactive some time D: back now. The plant's should regenerate then spawn in random areas in the region, but in small quantities. I'll set out the regions in the terrain.

      Just to clarify for terraining; the forest needs a mine within it which will be a fairly substantial area within itself (for the miner.) Also, I'm considering to make some recipes involve killing a dangerous creature or plant or to extract particular things from zones.

      Now the issue is, should the rarer plants regenerate in the same area or should this area be moving every now and then.

      Either way this may affect the way you set out the forest...

      Yh, in terms of basic triggering I can cover most of that its just stuff like ai or jass that I'd be bad at :P

      Though don't worry bout ai too much, garena makes it much easier for developers and often people only start games with 4-5 players anyways which often fill up surprisingly quick.

      And The houses should have a preset location and should start off pretty basic, then you can buy upgrades from a vendor. (upgrades like electric fencing or spiked defence trapdoor or arrows shooting from a wall, any original defence mechanism :P
      This map should turn out pretty solid, but our main problem will, be after publishing it - Amount of players :C
      cause you are going to need about 4-fullhouse players to make the game dynamic and intense! So I suggest we try to AI programme some players to act as players. It's gonna be some hard AI'ing :S we should ask somebody on the hive who can AI programme if they'd help us. then you will have the choice of having bots in your game at the start of the map.

      Well dude, To make the game more dynamic the shop and house should be separated, cause how can the killer identify his victim if the victim is in his house the whole time? should include a lumbering profession/job where the guy has to go into the forest and mine specific trees, you know? make the professions more realistic and dynamic. there should be roles in the village, E.G. food gatherer, lumber gatherer, blacksmith, miner, ETC.

      I will start shortly on a basic terrain. :)

      oh, should I make instances for each "house" or building you enter? (E.G) It's a separate little room somewhere in the corner of the map and is only accessible VIA the house door.

      I could make a kick-ass terrain for this to play off. Just mention what the setting should be?

      Should it be Medieval times? Apocalyptic city? Just normal city? A classic Medieval forest village?

      I could get started today or tomorrow, Gonna be busy tonight though :C but i have some time to work on it.
