Please Help! UI Issues

So i managed to fix one part of my UI now no matter what i do the past part just wont load i can load any other custom one but mine just wont load this is what it does

It's probably because your blp file is incorrect.
I know that War3Viewer doesn't work well with non-square textures.
I suggest you use BlpLab to convert your texture.

thanks man it worked when i saved that last part with blp lap.
