Please help me to fix my building animations

Hello, for my Age of Empires map, I have created an Archery.
But I'm new to animations and somehow the anims don't work, like I want them to.
I modelled and animated with Milkshape 3D.

Can it be fixed in Magos, or do I have to remake them?
How many frames does the birth/death anim need in Milkshape 3D?

your anims are working fine. but what you have to do is set the death anim and the birth anims as non-looping. go to sequence manager and double click the anim names and change those two as non-looping.
also, there should be no particle emitters in th stand anim.

tweaked a few stuff and all the above should be fixed in here. looks at the files and you will see what i mean
