      • Floating Text - Create floating text that reads **** above (Dying unit) with Z offset 1.00, using font size 9.00, color (99.00%, 95.00%, 40.00%), and 35.00% transparency
      • Player - Add **** to (Owner of (Killing unit)) Current gold
      • Floating Text - Set the velocity of (Last created floating text) to 45.00 towards 90.00 degrees
      • Floating Text - Change the lifespan of (Last created floating text) to 2.00 seconds
      • Floating Text - Change the fading age of (Last created floating text) to 1.00 seconds
      • Floating Text - Change (Last created floating text): Disable permanence
      • Floating Text - Show (Last created floating text) for (All players)

You can store unit killing bounty in variables and stuff like that.
 
Make an Event with Map Initialization and then an action with Player - Turn player flag on/off and turn the flag on for the players you want to give bounty. When you have done this, you can change the gold awarded in the Object Manager :)
