Player 2 color is stuck as dark green by default

Over ten years ago I made a map. I'm trying to fix it up, and player 2 is set as dark green (as shown in picture). I have no idea how I did this or how to reverse it. I've driven myself mad trying to find a solution. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Can always change the colour of the player via triggers Have you tested it in game to see if it works fine?

I changed it in game via triggers at initialization, player 2 reported himself as blue, but I still saw him as dark green.
