Play music in game lobby

Is it possible to start playing music while still in game lobby?
Or during Map Loading?
I heard that DotA map does this (Whenever I select DotA map, the music instantly changes and continues playing while in lobby and during map loading).

yeah, it is possible, but i'm not sure how.
maybe try playing music using the map initialization event.
