It's just Crushing Wave impact with emitters changed into plague clouds and adjusted a little bit. Plays Meat Wagon projectile impact sound.
EDIT: fixed particle directions being somewhat buggy and added a slightly bigger alternate version with more oomph

Ooh yeah. This seems really useful, as the base Disease Cloud SFX doesn't really have any "punch" or "force" to it's origination.
