Yes this is. But there is a big difference, this one has team colored glow for multiple colors. So it can be used more widely across different environments. It also is selectable as a unit.

There's no need. This is team colored thus it can have any color from the 12 ones. Green - Defiled, Red - Blood, Purple - Mana, Blue - Health ect.
