Here is my "Prototype Mech". It has high speed and great firepower. It has a bubble shield to protect it from incoming lasers and other physical object. It is a little larger than a bomber, but it's incredible speed makes up for it's size.

sorry. I took it from a video on yahoo. the arms are aiming up right now. the green part is the remote cockpit with the computer and subsystems. and it can deploy small turrets that follow it. It also has a charged energy ball attack, as well as the ability to go melee. It has a dampener and shielding to protect it from attacks and electromagnetic discharges (missiles, bombs, etc).
