[Trigger] Picking all units in a spells area of effect

Hi, so basically my problem is that I can't seem to find how you do to pick all units in the area of effect of an ability, if that even is possible with GUI that is. If you don't understand what I mean, like when I cast Blizzard on a couple of targets, I want to be able to pick all the "targeted by Blizzard" units and do some actions, kthxbai.

Simply pick all the units around the targeted point?

I can't seem to figure out how to do that, I'm afraid. Could you please be a bit more specific as to how I would do this?

I'm not specific because there is no way to be more specific...

Could you then perhaps write the actual action where you pick the units in the area of effect of the spell here, then?

Unit Group - pick every unit within 300 range of (target point of ability being cast) ... !
