Photo Shop Help

Help me!! One minute every thing is working perfectly and when i go to start a new pic in Photo Shop it turns every thing gray!!! Does any 1 know what happened and how to fix this really annoying problem. (there help didn't answer my question).

Do you mean Black and White?
If yes, go to Image>Mode>RBG Color
