2 Skinning Errors

I just learned how to skin 2 days ago and although my first one worked fine my second one won't change the portrait, and my third one just appeares as a blob of team color. Any help would really help. Here are the skins if it helps. The photos are how they are supposed to look (they worked in the viewer). I'm also using jasc paint shop pro for my skins.

Which is the first one?

Sometimes portraits use different texture files or UV co-ords.

A team-colour blob means your texture is corrupt - likely the alpha channel needs redoing.

A way to fix the alpha channel that normally works is make a new image, then copy the corrupted skin into that image, save and convert, and that should fix it.

thanks all, I'm gonna fix it right now btw the first ones not on here but the second one is the archer and the third one is the tree of fall.

When i made the new image it just corrupted it in we, and in the viewer put it on upside down.

What are you using to convert to BLP?

What size is your texture?
