Try uninstalling adobe flash player and reinstalling it. If that fails, you can try looking through your browsers plug-ins and make sure there isn't more than one version enabled. As well you could try and find any corrupt files in your adobe folders.

The last resort is to make a new account on your computer and switch all your files over to it. I had to do that on my laptop.

DSG is right, see if it works with another browser first. I'm doubtful though. : (

You can uninstall adobe through Remove Programs, which is found in your control panel.

As I said before, check plug-ins. Make sure there is only one version of Flash Player enabled, make sure it is enabled, try uninstalling it and re-installing it, etc.

The problem is with the Intel graphic drivers. Intel is well known for making buggy drivers compared to solutions from AMD and Nvidia. Hardware acceleration is used to improve playback performance of streams so having buggy drivers will cause playback problems.

Try disabling hardware acceleration (both for the browser and for flashplayer if it is used) to see if it fixes the playback issue you describe.
