Phoenix Fire Ability Change

Hello Again Hive!
I want to request the Phoenix Fire Ability but instead of Burning the enemy I would like them to freeze (slows) for a short period of time and another Phoenix Fire ability that Purges the enemy

This should work with standard spells.
Just change the missile art and buff.
