Periodic gold spawn

How to set condition that if gold spawn is depleted the new one spawns to replace it every 60 seconds? When gold mine is depleted it starts 60sec timer and current gold mine must be mined out before spawn timer begins.

That depends what type of spawn it is. Is it a gold mine, an item, or something else ?

If it is an item check if the item is alive / has been removed.
If it is a gold mine check if it has any gold left.

But the previous gold mine must be removed when its out of gold.
