ahahah i have ati radeon 9800, i played in the beta of it, and in my opinion, the gameplay was genericccccccccccc, in typical EA fashioon, and it looked like crap, but yeah i can JUST barely run it.

Don't say silly things like "it looked like crap" because it makes you sound...well, silly. The game, regardless of how it plays, looks incredible. Even on a lower setting it still would, and with the insane requirements it pushes, even on the basest options it should still look pritty.

Lol, my old one is 7.

/win.

the 9800 is really, really, really great card (and the best you could buy before X and HD series came along) but alas it is finally showing its age.

Meh i was just giving a rough estimate, i really have no idea how old my card is, but if your talking about the ATI 9800 [radeon], thats what i have, yeah its really good, but it is old now. (edit: double checking i've had this card since 2002-2003).

Yep that's about the same time it came out. 2003 methinks, because mine the 7500, was bleeding edge in 2001 xD

But my buddy had a 9800 Pro forever. It was solid, 128 MB memory, great performance, though some people did have problems with heatsinks and the cards overheating.

Other then that though it was awesome :p

Now if only ATi could reincarnate it and make a card as awesome as it for the DX10 lineup, we'd be set.
