@Gogetakao: You can't arbitrarily assign a texture to a model and expect it to work. Each model has a particular UVWrap that maps parts of the texture onto the model. That's why most of the textures look so different.
In order to apply a different texture to grom hellscream's possessed model, you'll have to make the custom BLP match the model's wrap. This will usually just be a process of copy, paste, and moving things around to fit. You can make a request in the "Requests" section if you don't know how to do it yourself.
