I've heard there is a program to extract the correct path for a model/texture and everything else, is this true? and if so. I would really like to have it:)

No, there isn't one specifically

Of course, when you consider all you need to do to discover a model's path is to convert it to a .mdl file via the file converter of your choice, there's really no need for one designed specifically for paths. Plus WC3 model editor can display the skin paths as well. Both of them can do much more than just display paths, so they're your best bets
