passing resource question

when you press f11, at the screen where you can ally/unally pass gold and lumber. the question is when you hold ctrl and click to give gold it only adds it in 200 increments(if you just click it 100 gold is added). how would you make it so if you press ctrl and clicked it would add all your current gold, instead of 200? thanks if you know where you can edit this.
