First i made this with Pencil (with border), then i made it over in Photoshop (still with border) and then i removed the border cuz i didnt like it.
I dont like the left hand, so i remade it LOTS of times, but still im not happy with it.

lol looks great! Like a little pandarean kid almost. His outstretched hand looks a little odd though. Other than that it looks pretty good.

Yeah, i didnt like that hand either, but i dont know how to make Panda hands xD
