I'll be commenting on the rest later but this is just p e r f e c t . I have a hard time imagining a Pandaren race without some kind of wizened old Miyagi-style character. That mustache, the beard, the robe, even the staff... chef's kiss

I could imagine variants with hats (either on the head or the back), but of course you don't want to overdo it (already seen a bunch of hats on your Pandas), and I really don't think he needs almost anything more than what he's got. Excellent.
