Override normal AI?

So. I'm making a map where you have a computer that owns all units and stuff. But you type in commands to make them do different stuff such as build, train and upgrade. However I made 2 triggered commands to make them harvest gold and lumber. That went fine. Until I had a builder not doing anything, then I trained another builder and they both decided to harvest gold.

How can I stop the AI from making them do stuff like this?
