Worker Harvest Problem

I have a race where Night Elves have NE Artisans which can harvest gold only and wisps which gather lumber only.

The problem is that I can't make NE Artisans to gather gold only and they can still harvest lumber which makes AI NE Artisans harvest lumber and not gold.

Give them Ghoul Harvest? EDIT: Oops i read it wrong, Is targets allowed set to Trees? Just tick off trees and it should be fine.

Oh yes I forget Harvest is a spell.
