Yes it did work for me i used Terrainart\Outland\Outland_abyss.blp just make sure you don't have a space at the end of the path!

I tried this and I just had to reload the editor, it appeared in the editor and in the map soon afterwards. I used the Terrainart\Outland\Outland_abyss.blp and it worked. Try just saving, exiting and then checking again I give this skin a 10/10.

Everyone!
Here's how to get it work:
1. Download file
2. Extract the zip -file
3. Rename the blp file into: Outland_Abyss.blp
4. Import it in your map
5. Set path into Terrainart\Outland\Outland_Abyss.blp
6. Save map
7. Restart WE
