Ordering units to build add-ons

I just can't do it by trigger! I'm trying to make a factory make a tech lab for a cinematic, using the "Issue Order" trigger, but it does nothing. Someone help me?

You need to make sure there is enough space for the attachment. Also make sure you are issuing the correct order. It can not be building units as well.

There is plenty of space. The player has 10.000 minerals and gas. It's not making units. I... just... don't... understand.

When using the trigger "Issue Order" you need to select what kind of order it is you're issuing the unit.
By clicking the function you can select
"Issue order targeting a point"
"Issue order targeting a unit"
"Issue order with no target"

etc etc etc.
Find the one you need.
Issue Order is the function you need.
