Issuing order with target

How do I issue an order with target to a unit?

What I want to do is:
-order a unit to go to a point
-order a unit to attack another unit

I've been looking around in the trigger editor but the only action I find is "Issue Order", which only contains orders with no target.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Theres a parenthesis that you can click on right before the order to change the type of order. It allows you to do abilities targeting points/units.
