Change the internal name.
Ok, name changed. Now onto the nitty gritty stuff. Follow what some of the comments already posted said and use ingame skins. I sugest the Orc Grunt skin. Also, add a camera some where looking at the face.

simple but well done, i just dont like the spear but thats my own opinion, voting for approval

1. remove the custom texture and take ingames to reduce file size
2. change the internal name( in war3modeleditor under: edit-> model properties)
3. make the spear smaller

thanks I try but i dont have much experience with textures I have changed name but spear.. I dont know i like it but i improve texture of spear.

war3 model editor, adobe photoshop, image extractor.. and thats all
