... I didnt have it 2, but u can dl that file somewhere on that site. I thought at the tutor section or sumthing.

COMDLG32.OCX stands for Common Dialog (32 bit compatibility). It is a control used for Visual Basic to display save/load/printer/font dialogs. There are a couple of ways to solve this.
#1. Do a Google for it. Download it and place it in the same directory as the application. You will have to do this over and over if you use this one. #2 is highly recommended.
#2. Do a Google for it. Download it and place it in the C:\Windows\system32 directory and you will never have to do #1 again. NOTE: The system32 directory may not show up, so go to the address bar on the top of the window and type it manually.

free 3dsmax is called GMAX but they arent good for importing models (with the all incomplete and buggy scripts)
