Oil System

@Kilmaat All I wanted to do was to get you to credit me, since I effectively wrote 50% of the oil resource system for you. You can use it (it would be silly to write something and then say "you can't use that, I made it!"), just be clear what you had help with.

It's just bad form to request help with something and then immediately sell that thing as something you did yourself. To be fair you used an upgrade where I used units because I thought techs couldn't be de-leveled. And I had nothing to do with the harvesting setup at all.

Pyro, the only trigger I had copied was the 'pick random unit from X distance' to determine the closest refinery.

I am sorry if it was too similar to yours but that is purely coincidental as I figuring it out myself.
 
I see, Nah this is something different anyhow I will repost if I get more of it done.

I was hoping to make an easier to use/implement oil system that did not rely on actually harvesting gold from the 'oil patch'.
