Offset help.

Iv been making some triggered spells lately but i havent used many offsets without guessing, now im working on an insaine spell that forms itself into a castle using the shamans bloodlust model, i know its insaine, but can anyone tell me what offset is what, like #1 is range #2 is rotation?
Am i backwards? Do i have it all wrong?
Anyone please tell me what is what.

Polar offsets? ...offset by (angle 0-360 where 0 is east moving counter-clockward) towards (distance). I used to have a very good site that explained it, but I lost the link

like unit enters region with offset offset = 0,0
